Following is the list of policies pertaining to your use of Xpress Global
System's Website.
Please read carefully. Use of Xpress Global System's website,
xgsi.com, constitutes agreement with the policy statements
listed below. Violation of any of these policies may result in termination
of system access, and possible civil and/or criminal penalties.
Subscriber Accounts
During the registration process, the Subscriber will be assigned a User
Name and Password. A properly authorized company Administrator will manage
the Subscriber's account. The Company Administrator and Subscriber users agree
to protect the Subscriber User name(s) and Password(s) from any unauthorized
use, and agree that Xpress Global Systems will not be held legally responsible
for the unauthorized use or misuse of any Subscriber User Name or Password.
Access to Secured Site Areas
Only authorized customers are permitted access to and use of password
protected and/or secure areas of Xpress Global System's website. Unauthorized
persons attempting to access password protected and/or secure areas of
xgsi.com may be subject to prosecution.
The Subscriber is responsible for the confidentiality and use of the
Subscriber's User name and password. The Subscriber agrees to notify Xpress
Global promptly of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the Subscriber's
User Name and Password.
Conduct of the Subscriber
Subscriber's transmissions to the xgsi.com website are the
sole responsibility of the Subscriber. The Subscriber's use of the
xgsi.com website is subject to all applicable local, state,
national and international laws and regulations.
The Subscriber agrees not use the xgsi.com site for illegal
purposes and to comply with U.S. law regarding the transmission of technical
data. Xpress Global Systems makes use of the Internet to send and receive data.
By accessing xgsi.com via the Internet, the Subscriber agrees to
be held in compliance to any applicable Internet regulations, policies and
procedures.
The Subscriber agrees not to enter or transmit to xgsi.com
any false, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, libelous,
abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
material of any kind. The Subscriber agrees not to transmit any material that
encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil
liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
Xpress Global Systems will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authority or
court order requesting or directing Xpress Global Systems to disclose the
identity of anyone posting such information or material.
The Subscriber agrees not to interfere with another customer's use of
xgsi.com through any means, including denial of service, theft of
confidential information or other misuse of the xgsi.com.
It is prohibited for any unauthorized used to attempt to gain unauthorized
access to xgsi.com.
Service Conditions
The xgsi.com site is being offered on a complimentary basis.
The Subscriber agrees to use xgsi.com at its individual discretion.
Xpress Global Systems shall have no liability for any service interruption, data
transmitted or data received. Xpress Global Systems shall have no liability for
any actions taken, or interpretations made, by the Subscriber as a result of
receiving or not receiving information from the xgsi.com website.
Xpress Global Systems will not be required to maintain a copy of any data
transmitted, received or produced by the Subscriber. The Subscriber acknowledges
that it is solely liable for any loss of any message or data transmitted, received
or produced through the use of xgsi.com.
Ownership
The Subscriber understands and agrees that all intellectual property rights in
the computer programs utilized by Xpress Global Systems in relation to
xgsi.com, and the technology, skill and information relating to the
effective use thereof, are either licensed to, or are the property of, Xpress
Global Systems. The Subscriber further agrees that nothing contained within the
system of the xgsi.com site shall be deemed to convey any title or
ownership interest whatsoever therein to the Subscriber.
